Dream Luxury HotelPlease read below the general terms of accommodation at the Dream Luxury Hotel.
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in time – 3:00 p.m Malaysia time.
Check-out time – 12:00 a.m Malaysia time.
**Latest check-out time – 1:00 p.m Malaysia time.
(**Kindly note that late check-in or check-out are subject to the room availability)
Deposit per room is required upon check-in and will be returned during check-out.
Extra charge will be imposed in the event that the room found to have room card, remote control loss and /or missing item and defects to be found in the room. The excessive messes throughout the room will cause a RM 50.00 fine for cleaning.
No pet is allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the room.
✔ To ensure all the guest’s comfortable stay, smoking is strictly prohibited in the hotel rooms. Smoking is allowed only in special areas of the hotel designated for that purpose. A penalty of RM 50.00 will be imposed on guests found smoking in the room.
Quiet Time Guidelines.
✔ We enforce our Quiet Time Guidelines in all guest rooms and hallways after 10.00 p.m.
✔ We strictly enforce our noise complaint policy will exercise our right to evict guests who are excessively loud do not comply with our request to quiet down.
The company shall under no circumstances be liable for any loss/and or damages of your personal belongings during your stay in the Hotel.
Park at your own risk.
✔ We have two private parking for hotel guest outside the building. However, guest should park at their own risk.
